If you wish to add your property to our website please follow below instructions.

Property for Sale:

Please send an email to Turkishdreamsinfo (at) gmail (dot) com with following information:

Selection of 10 to 20 good quality photo’s of your property. We prefer high resolution photo’s so that when we promote your property on our website and social media, potential clients get a good idea of how beautifull your property is. We need the property location and a detailed description.

Inform us of the price you want to get for your property and don’t forget to take into account that we charge a standard 5% commission when we provide a buying customer for your property. Once we receive an email from you, we will send a basic listing document with questionaire for you to fill out and our contract. We normaly don’t work with exclusivity contracts unless you as the Customer insist.

Property for Rent:

Selection of 10 to 20 good quality photo’s of your property. We prefer high resolution photo’s so that when we promote your property on our website and social media, potential clients get a good idea of how beautifull your property is. We need the property location and a detailed description.

Inform us of the Daily, Weekly or monthly rent you expect to receive and don’t forget that we charge a 15% commission on rental fees if we provide you with customers for your property. Once we receive an email from you, we will send a basic listing document with questionaire for you to fill out and our contract. We normaly don’t work with exclusivity contracts unless you as the Customer insist.
